well now that i have my own kiddo i'm looking to get her some art, though i also want to try drawing some of the other pretty designs!
looking for ats of any kind (sketch, clean, headshot, fb, etc)! just drop a comment with the ref and what kind of trade you want to do.

background & origin. Rìkean remembers very little about her past, though feels a strange longing for something she cannot pinpoint. In reality, Rìkean died old, her life nearing its end anyway. Though her skin had been marked with deep wrinkles and her eyes sunk into her skinny face, she was still quite beautiful, nearly ethereal. Her hair was long and shiny, naturally transitioning from a silver at the top to a darker grey at the tips. Her eyes were dark, nearly black, and brooding, but never tired. She was feisty in her old age, and the people of her small town held a certain love for her, even if she was a little stubborn and proud.
She was an herbalist for her town, an old croon who took her resources from the swamps near which she lived. She kept very few people close to her, not out of a longing for solitude, but simply because she was content as such. Rìkean was married, and for many years, but outlived her husband. She visited his grave from the point he died till the moment she left for the swamp for the final time, laying down herbs atop his grave to remind his spirit she was soon to be with him. Even now, though she cannot remember ever having a lover, Rìkean experiences a longing she cannot pinpoint - a longing to continue her daily ritual and return to his grave. She feels a pull of sorts to the general direction of his resting place, though she is unable to leave her swamp.

okay lmao i always say like "yeah i'll submit art sometime soon!" and then never do
but this time i am really going to try
last year i basically didn't draw at all, a combination of college and lacking motivation lead me to either make only sketches or put it off entirely. as you can imagine, i have improved very little (and part of me not wanting to get back into things was me not wanting to see how rusty i'd gotten), but i'm hoping that the big 2017 can be my year of practice and movement forward
also @ any of my friends who read this you better force me to draw lmao
